Presented in collaboration with the Lebanese American Foundation- House of Lebanon Close to Home: Celebrating California’s Arab American Art will spotlight talented Arab Americans based in southern California – John Halaka, Doris Bittar, and Olfet Agrama. Showcasing an artist’s insight into Arab American identity is a powerful gateway in opening up people’s minds to the larger Arab American culture. Your support of Close to Home will allow the Museum to continue to be a significant venue for the presentation of notable Arab American artists. More importantly, it will ensure that the works of these artists are preserved and shared.
