This public reading will feature the work of students who took part in artist-in-residence Zahir Janmohamed’s November writing workshop series. Students will be given a few minutes to share a personal essay, a poem, a photograph, a piece of food writing, a recipe, or perhaps something else—the idea is to use this space to capture our stories of 2020: What we went through during the pandemic, what we are feeling at this unique moment, and how we hope this year is remembered.
