ELIGIBILITY:
- anyone 16 and older (16 and 17 year olds must have a parent and/or guardian present)
- anyone 50 years and older

- Second dosage will be administered three weeks after first visit
- Photo ID required at all vaccinations
- Vaccine is free for those without health coverage; bring insurance card if you have insurance
