ELIGIBILITY:
Pfizer: anyone 16 years or older (anyone 16 or 17 must have a parent and/or guardian present)
Johnson & Johnson: anyone 18 years or older
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- All vaccinations will be administered on a first-come, first-served, walk-in basis (we will not be accepting appointments)
- The COVID-19 Pfizer vaccination is a two-dose vaccination; the second dose will be administered three weeks after the first
- The COVID-19 Johnson & Johnson vaccination is a one-dose vaccination
- Photo ID required at all vaccinations
- Vaccine is free for those without health coverage; bring insurance card if you have insurance
