Exhale: Caregiver Support Program: Empowering Family Caregivers
Welcome to the ACCESS Caregiver Support Program—a compassionate space dedicated to supporting the essential role of family caregivers who provide daily care to elderly loved ones. We recognize the emotional and physical demands of caregiving and are here to offer you the resources, support, and connection you need.
Program Highlights
Our Exhale: Caregiver Support Program brings caregivers together in a warm, welcoming environment twice a month. During these sessions, caregivers can connect with others facing similar challenges and gain access to professionals specializing in health, mental health, basic needs and other areas that address the unique challenges of caregiving. Together, we are creating a supportive community where caregivers can find relief, guidance, and encouragement.
