DEARBORN, Mich.—Summer break is almost over and it's time to think about heading back to school. Parents and students can get prepared with ACCESS' free annual health fair, on Aug. 14 and 15.
The ACCESS Community Health and Research Center (CHRC) will offer no-cost school physicals and immunizations on a first come, first serve basis. Parents and students must provide all school physical forms and immunization records.

Friday, Aug. 14, 2015, from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Saturday, Aug. 15, 2015 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

ACCESS CHRC Medical Center (first floor) — 6450 Maple St. Dearborn, MI 48126
Other services to be offered include health screenings for adults by Oakwood Healthcare, a U.S. Food and Drug Administration education table and cardiovascular services. Immunization records from other countries will be accepted; however, staff will need time to translate and input information into the state database.
